First of all test all features of the software to see each of its functions… now write in your own words how useful you think the software is and what are the features that are most promising… what features you didnot like… After noting all details go into editing the doc for grammatical checks/alternatives… To get it look more professional you can read a few reviews of software from web and use their language style in your own review…
